✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Orders returned without contacting us first
📦 How to Request a Return

A clear photo of the product and issue

Please do not return items before receiving approval.
💵 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
📍 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us. We will assist with tracking, and when applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
