🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At PanteraBay, your satisfaction — and your pet’s happiness — are our top priorities! We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Orders returned without contacting us first


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@panterabay.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the product and issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Please do not return items before receiving approval.


💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


📍 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us. We will assist with tracking, and when applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
